UCB Dermatology Innovation Grant

The RBSDV board members will review and score the submitted projects. The winner will be announced during BDD 2026 and will receive a grant of 20.000€.

• Support existing or future innovative scientific projects related to dermatology.

• Promote advances in medical research, without constituting an incitement to recommend, prescribe, buy, sell, supply, or administer drugs.

• Be led by a qualified doctor, dermatologist, or dermatologist-in-training working in Belgium, who has not yet obtained a PhD.

• Require applicants to submit a budget statement demonstrating the financial feasibility of their project, including evidence of complementary funding if the grant does not cover the total costs.

• Explicitly exclude the use of funds for dermatologists’ salaries.

• Limit applications to one RBSDV award per calendar year.
